How to make Bibimbap Korean recipe

The vegetables you will need are ( for 2 people):

  • Three cups of raw spinach
  • One cup of raw carrot cut in julienne strips
  • Three cups of bean sprouts
  • A cup of raw courgettes cut in julienne strips
  • Raw mushrooms, cut into strips. They can be Shitake or any type, small or medium size
  • One and a half cups of raw chives cut into small pieces

Preparation:

You will start preparing the vegetables, repeating the same procedure separately. First, you must boil them separately until they are semi-hard. In the case of zucchini and carrots, do not boil until they are soft, you need to be a little crispy. Once boiled, wash them and with cold water, place them separately in a pan over medium-high heat with vegetable oil.

When sautéing each portion, add them: two tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of oil of sesame, half a spoonful of sugar or stevia powder and half a fist of scallion. You must sauté them for 5-7 minutes.

For the protein part of your dish, you will need:

  • 200 grams of minced meat in medium pieces or ground
  • Two eggs

You should season the meat with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, two tablespoons of sesame oil, one tablespoon of stevia, black pepper to taste, a fist of chives and seeds of sesame. If you can, let it sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavor. Finally, skip it.

At this point, you can begin to assemble your plate, placing the ingredients on a base of white rice in a bowl or deep dish, as shown in the photo. Finally, fry the whole eggs and put one in the middle of each dish. Put a little salt and pepper to taste.

Ready! Delight yourself with the rich flavors of this bibimbap recipe and continue to enjoy your healthy life.
